Its not too late to sign up for our 30-day Paleo Challenge that begins on Monday, April 4th!  See a coach if you still want in, buy-in is $10 and they will give you your Food Journal and Paleo Informational Packets.  I will post a podcast of Coach Josh's lecture and rundown about the Paleo Diet from earlier today.  Thanks to everyone who showed up for the seminar!  Hope you learned some new things that will help and your family be healthier and better.

We currently have 17 athletes signed up for the challenge (in no specific order):  Kathi, Zach, Nicole, Matt, Rachel L., Lori, Lei F., Jade, Vic, Shanelle, Carol, Syd, Kellie, Lei T., Ken, Rachel R., and Sarah.  If I missed any of you please let me know!  Good luck to everyone and remember to keep DETAILED FOOD JOURNALS/LOGS!  The more detailed the better and don't "forget" to write certain meals, even if they are "cheat" meals.
