1 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk
Build over the course of the 10 sets to something heavy.
B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15-minutes, of:
200 Meter Run, 4 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
200 Meter Run, 8 Kettlebell Swings
200 Meter Run, 12 Kettlebell Swings
200 Meter Run, 16 Kettlebell Swings
200 Meter Run, 20 Kettlebell Swings
Continue to add (4) reps per round
