Set 2 – 8 reps @ 65%
Set 3 – 6 reps @ 70%
Set 4 – 6 reps @ 75%
Set 5 – 6 reps @ 80%
B. 3 rounds for time, of:
15 Deadlifts (275/185 lbs)
12 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20")
6/4 Ring Muscle ups (No MU, sub 18 Ring/Box Dips)
Time cap: 18-minutes
C. "Optional Accessories"
Three sets of:
Dumbbell Floor Press x 8-10 reps
Supinated-Grip Bent Over Barbell Rows x 6-8 reps
Rest as needed
