A. Every 3-minutes for 15-minutes (5 sets):
Front Squat with a Pause x 4-5 reps @ 4111
(MUST move up in weight from last week)
B. In pairs, alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30-minutes, of:
12 Calorie Row
12 Power Snatch (95/65 lbs - NO DROPPING THE BARBELL!)
12 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs to 10 feet)
12 Toes to Bar
