Today's Workout:
A. 3 sets of:
Double-Unders x Max Reps in 60 seconds
L-sit Hold x 30-40 seconds

B. Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes of:
Sumo Deadlift x 2 rep @ 75%

Immediately followed by...

Every 3 minutes, for 9 minutes (3 sets):
*Set 1 – 4 reps @ 60%
*Set 2 – 6 reps @ 70%
*Set 3 – 6 reps @ 80% (up 2% from last week)

C. In teams of 2, alternating full movements, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15-minutes:
300 meter Row
30 Wall Balls (20/14-must catch ball for good rep)
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

Thursday, December 24th: Holiday Schedule - 8:30am and 10:00am
Friday, December 25th: CLOSED
Saturday, December 26th: Normal Saturday Class Schedule
