Today's Workout:
A. Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets) of:
Back Squat x 5 reps @ 85% of 1-RM

For max reps:
Tabata Push Press (75/55 lb.)
Tabata Ab-mat Sit-ups
Tabata Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/55 lb.)
Tabata Hand Release Push-ups

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. There is no rest between exercises.
