Today's WOD:
A. Every 90 seconds (10 sets), for 15 minutes:
High Hang Clean + Clean @ 65-80% of 1-RM Clean
B. Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes:
10 Deadlifts (185/125 lbs)
15 Pull-Ups
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs to 10 ft)
25 Box Jumps (24/20")
Rest 4 minutes, and then repeat for a total of three sets.
