Today's WOD:
A. Five sets of:
Front Squat x 2 reps
Rest as needed

B. Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes:
Speed Deadlift x 4 reps @ same load used last week

C. Every two minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Overhead Alternating Lunges x 16 steps
