Today's WOD:
A. Five sets of:
In 30 seconds or less, perform
Clean & Jerk x 3 reps
Rest 2 minutes and 30 seconds between sets

B. For time:
100 Double-Unders
Then, 30-20-10 rep rounds of:
Wall Balls (30/20 lbs to 10 ft)
Burpees over hurdle
