Transformations Wall: before/during/after Paleo pictures!

Above: Val, from Eugene CrossFit, stopped in for a couple of WODs this week while on vacation. Eugene CrossFit is home to a good friend and fellow CrossFit Games competitor, Cheryl Brost. Also, Janet Raleigh, is back in town and came by to workout... good to have you back!

    Breakfast: lean ground beef and 2 two eggs. Coffee

    Post WOD: shake and Mac nuts

    Lunch: my laing

    Dinner: coach Elyse burgers over a bed of lettuce

    Fish oil x 4 after each meal

  2. So after enjoying many Paleo meals prepared by my friend Jamie King it was time for me to cook. So tonight was Bryan's Paleo Delight
    baked chicken breast
    steamed broccoli
    spring mix salad

    COACH JOSH'S DAY 45 PALEO CHALLENGE

    Breakfast: Opah cooked in coconut oil, spinach, some broccoli, raspberries, 100% dark chocolate piece, mac nuts, fish oilx4

    Lunch: Bison cooked in olive oil, spinach, some broccoli, some cauliflower, local orange, raspberries, mac nuts, walnuts, fish oilx5

    PWO: stk pieces, mash okinawan swt pot, Coconut Rome's Jerky Sampler!

    Dinner: Gyukaku: NY Steak Loin, Mino, zucchini, asparagus, spicy ahi salad. And 100% dark chocolate piece, mac nuts, fish oilx5
