Today's WOD:

Day 32 of the 50-day Paleo Challenge: Its a good day for a second picture!
If you were one of those who took their own BEFORE picture, then more power to you! If not, don't worry, I'm sure I can dig one up from my iPhoto album. Around 30 days is also a great time to take another "mid-challenge" picture. Its a great way to document your progress through the first half of the Paleo Challenge, so go on... snap a few for the books!
Also, don't forget to save VETERAN's Day, Friday, November 11th around 3pm start time, for our Paleo BBQ! I've cleared the "30-day Goals" board, so you can sign-up for what you are bringing. I will also post a Veteran's Day Holiday Class sign-up early next week on the blog/facebook (6am, 8am, 9am, and 10am).
Above: I guess CrossFit and Paleo do make you "look better naked"! Right, Rach?
