1000 Meter Row
50 Thrusters (45/33 lbs)
30 Pull-ups

ABSOLUTELY NO DROPPING THE BARBELL!

C. "Optional Accessories"
Three sets of:
GHD Hip Extensions x 15 reps
Kettlebell Side Bends x 20 reps each side
Rest as needed
