A. Three sets, not for time, of:
Turkish Get-ups x 2-4 each arm
Nose-to-Wall Handstand Hold x 45-60 seconds

B. 15-minutes to build a heavy Jerk.

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 Hand Release Push-ups
30 Double-Unders
