Lulu in the house!

"Nothing in progression can rest on its original plan. We might as well think of rocking a grown man in the cradle of an infant."
-Edmund Burke

Above: Fabes, Jules, and Tess from Lululemon Ala Moana came by today to WOD and surprise us with Holiday gifts for the gym! I love it when these girls are in the box! Way to get after it this morning. Notice they are demonstrating the 3 different movements in today's Hero WOD in sweet high socks, crucial to not tearing your shins up: Fabes is doing her Burpee Box Jumps, Jules battling the Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, and Tess is banging out her Thrusters.
