Today's Workout:
A. Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean
B. Every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes:
Minute 1 – 15 Heavy Russian Kettlebell Swings
Minute 2 – 10 Walking Lunges with Dumbbells
Minute 3 – 10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
"Performance"
A. Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
3-position Power Clean (High Hang, Mid Thigh, and Floor)
Load by feel, prioritize good positioning and mechanics over load.
B. Every minute, on the minute, for 30-minutes:
Minute 1 - 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings
Minute 2 - 10 Bodyweight Walking Lunges
Minute 3 - 10 Burpee Box Step-Overs (12")
