Today's Workout:
A. Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Split Jerk x 1 rep

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
40 Double-Unders
2 Muscle-Ups or 6 Ring Dips
4 Power Cleans (155/105 lbs)
8 Push Press (155/105 lbs)

"Performance"
A. Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Push Press x 1 rep

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
80 Single-Unders (or you can perform 40 Doubles)
4 Power Cleans
8 Shoulder to Overhead
10 Burpees over the Barbell
