Build over the course of the ten sets.
B. Every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes:
Minute 1 – 15 Double Kettlebell Swings
Minute 2 – 10 Box Step-Overs with Front-Racked Dumbbells
Minute 3 – 12-15 Unbroken Wall Ball Shots

A. Same as above.
