B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
10 Box Jumps (24/20")
10 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs to 10 ft)
Rest exactly 3 minutes, and then . . .
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
10 Ab-mat Sit-Ups
20 Jumping Lunges (each jumping lunge is one rep)
