(rest 10 seconds between singles)
Rest 2-minutes
B. Back Squat
* Set 1 – 5 reps @ 75%
* Set 2 – 3 reps @ 85%
* Set 3 – 1 rep @ 90%
* Sets 4-6 – 3 reps @ 85-90%
Rest 3 minutes between sets.
C. Four rounds for max reps of:
30 seconds of Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
Rest 30 seconds
30 seconds of Double-Unders
Rest 30 seconds
