Snacks on the go!

"My doctor recently told me that jogging could add years to my life. I think he was right. I feel ten years older already."
-Milton Berle

5 x Max Rep Deadhang Strict Pull-ups
Rest approximately 1 minute between sets.

Met-con:

Handstand Push-ups

Day 8 of the 50-day Paleo Challenge: pre-packages Paleo snacks on the go!
Unless your name is Rome "DMS" Stein or Sharnell "RX" Shimamoto, and you can pump out dehydrated snacks every night, then you might be looking for something like the Primal Pacs or Paleo Kits to throw into your backpack or briefcase. I really like both brands, so I can't tell you one or the other.  Just taste them both and you chose your favorite. Remember, this is just a snack, not your meals and I don't want them to replace meals for you!  Unless, you are Coach Josh or Rachel on your Annual Training and have nothing but cafeteria food to eat (that's when you order the Paleo MRE size).
