A. Eight sets of:
Tempo Front Squat @ 31X1 + Front Squat
Rest 2-3 minutes

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
200 Meter Run
15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
10 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs to 10 ft)
