Today's WOD:
A. Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy Jerk.

B. In teams of two, partners alternate whole sets to complete 5 sets each for time, of:
20/14 lbs Wall Ball Shots x 20 reps
225/155 lbs Unbroken Deadlift x 10 reps
400 Meter Run

*Penalty for not going Unbroken on the Deadlift = 5 Burpees
