Today's Workout:
A. Three sets, not for time, of:
Kipping Handstand Push-Up x 10-12 reps
Double-Unders x 30-50 reps
B. Five sets of:
Hang Clean + Clean + Jerk @ 80-85%
Rest 2-minutes
C. 4 sets of:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
6 Thrusters (115/75 lbs)
6 Burpee Box Jumps (24″/20″)
Rest 3 minutes
**NO DROPPING BARBELLS FROM OVERHEAD.**
