Today's Workout:
A. Every 2-minutes for 20-minutes (10 sets):
Push Jerk x 2 reps

Work up to a heavy double for the day.

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9-minutes, of:
9 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
9 Burpees
9 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
9 Box Jumps (24/20")
