Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes, complete (5 sets):

Loading per set: 85%, 90%, 95%+, 101%+, 101%+

B. Five sets for times:
Row 500 meters
6 Thrusters (135/95 lbs)
12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
Rest 3 minutes
