Double-Unders x 50 reps
Sotts Press x 5 reps
Start light, then work your way up in load.

B. Two rounds for time of:
500 Meter Row
Barbell Thrusters (95/65 lbs) x 25 reps
Chest to Bar Pull-Ups x 15 reps
