Today's WOD:

A. Three sets, not for time, of:
Handstand Hold x 45-60 seconds
Strict Toes to Bar x 6-8 reps @ 2110

B. 5 sets of:
Push Press x 4-5 reps
Rest 2-minutes

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
10 Toes to Bar

Scheduling Reminder for Thursday, July 4th: 8:30am, 10:00am and Noon classes only! In honor of the Fourth of July, we will be following a modified class schedule!

10:00am (FULL): Jade, Jenna, Vic, Syd, J.B., Katrina, Matt, Nicole, Estee, Ryan Scott, Janet, Linzy, Adam Gantt, Lai Lai, Shane, Kevin, Lawrence, Steve O., Debbie, and Ryan Willis.
Noon (6 spots left): Kate, Lee, Shyla, Charlie, Ken Kam, Nate B., Brie, Johnson, Hien, Brianna, Mike Y., Abi, Cheryl, and Robin.
