A. Three sets, not for time, of:
Chest to Bar Pull-ups x 10-12 reps
(working on smooth, efficient rhythm and mechanics)
Double-Unders x 30-50 reps
B. Five sets of:
Deadlift x 3 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes
In five sets or fewer, build by feel to a “heavy” Deadlift for today's metcon.
C. Five rounds for time of:
5 Deadlifts (275/185 lbs)
(No dropping the barbell - must control to the floor.)
25 Sit-ups
