Today's Workout:
A. Every 3-minutes for 15-minutes (5 sets):
Back Squat
* Set 1 = x 4 reps @ 75-80%
* Set 2 = x 3 reps @ 80-85%
* Set 3 = x 2 reps @ 85-90%
* Set 4 = x 1 rep @ 90-95%
* Set 5 = x MAX REPS 80-85%

B. Three rounds for time, of:
30 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lbs)
30 Burpees
30 Toes-to-Bar

Time cap: 20-minutes
