A. Three sets, not for time, of:
10-12 Box Jump-Overs
3-5 Bar Muscle-Ups

B. Two sets of:
Handstand Push-Ups x Max Reps
Rest 3 minutes

C. Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
50 Wall Ball (20/14 lb to 10 ft)
