*Set 4 – 7 reps @ 60-70%
*Set 5 – 7 reps @ 60-70%
B. Every minute on the minute for 18-minutes (6 sets):
Min 1: 4 Power Cleans + 4 Front Squats (155/105 lbs)
Min 2: Max Bar Muscle-ups in :30
Min 3: 50 Double-Unders
