Day 12 of the Paleo Challenge!

Today's WOD:

In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, complete five rounds for time of:
500m Row (250m each)
40 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs.)
30 Burpees
20 Regional-Style Box Jumps (24″/20″)
