A. Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):
3-Position Clean
(high hang, mid-thigh, and then from the floor)
Build over the course of the eight sets.
B. “Nate”
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20-minutes, of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Strict Handstand Push-ups
8 Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lbs)
*No Muscle-up, sub Muscle-up progressions or 4 Strict Pull-ups/Ring Rows.
